Well done to our Year 9 netball team who made it to the semi-finals of the national Sisters n Sport competition!
On Tuesday 4 February, the Year 9 netball team competed in their first national semi-final. They played a great game even if it did unfortunately finish with a 38-26 loss against Westholme School, despite clawing back to win the second half.
The girls did a fantastic job and we’re very proud of them. Everyone played and were all complimented on their netball and attitude. Westholme were excellent competitors so a very respectable result, congratulations to them.
This is the first time OSH have entered a national netball competition at this level so a brilliant achievement to have gotten to the semi-finals. Well done team!
