Woolsthorpe Manor Trip

On 27 March the Sixth Form Further Maths students attended a trip to Woolsthorpe Manor, Lincolnshire which was Isaac Newton's birthplace.

They did numerous physics and mechanics experiments in the science centre before touring Newton's home.  The famous apple tree can still be seen in the garden, along with a new wicker Isaac Newton installation.   We had a rich cultural experience as well as learning a lot.  A fantastic day was had by all.
